Body Gears Physical Therapy will have doctors of physical therapy conduct a CTC member’s exclusive functional workshop! The triathletes that take advantage of this program will have fun training on preventative injury techniques, get hands-on instructions on how to move and transition, and learn how to “Get in Gear” with the Body Gears GiGs Program. Prepare to have fun and move by wearing athletic attire!
