Stroke & Stride will be every Thursday, weather permitting, June 1 - August 30. Please check in at Ohio St. Beach by 6:15 for this free club scrimmage consisting of a half- or full-time swim followed by a 2 mile run. Stroke & Stride is on if the Chicago Park District is flying a Green or Yellow flag at Ohio Street Beach.
